Black sesame seed tea

Drink 2 cups every day for 21 days/3 weeks and take a break for a week. Re-assess w/ me.

Directions:

  • Day 1 : 4 heap soup spoons of black sesame seeds in 4 cups water. Boil down to 2 cups. Strain the liquid and drink.
  • Day 2 : Reuse the seeds once with only 3 cups of water.
  • Day 3 : add 2 heap spoons of seeds and 4 cups water; boil and drink same as Day 1
  • Day 4 : same as day 2
  • Day 5 : same as day 3
  • Day 6 : same as day 2
  • Day 7 start all over again from Day 1.

Blood building bean soup:

Soak Mung beans, or Azuki beans, over night. Rinse and cook in water with a couple of bone-marrow bones and neck bones (optional). You may add some parsley or cilantro and a couple of ginger slices to it. The soup will be an excellent blood builder and support your bones/tendons/ligaments.

Baked berries:

If you like your fruits with cereal, yogurth, etc... follow this recipe:
Have red/black berries (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc...), sliced apples or pears, bananas in a bake dish. Sprinkle the juice of a lemon over it. Cover with foil and bake in the oven for 40/45 min at 350 F (no microwave).
